REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY FOR WINGS BASKETBALL PROGRAMS

1. FULL REFUND:

Participants who cancel their registration at least 14 days prior to the start date of the camp will be eligible for a full refund, with a deduction of a $50 administrative fee.

 

2. NO REFUND:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the camp has commenced, except under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

3. REFUND PROCESSING:

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original registration.

 

4. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE:

Participants must submit a written refund request via email. The request must include the participant’s name, registration details, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documentation (if applicable).

 

5. CAMP CANCELLATION:

In the unlikely event that programming is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, insufficient registrations), participants will be entitled to a full refund of their registration fee.

 

6. NON-TRANSFERABILITY:

Registration fees are non-transferable between participants unless approved by the camp organizers under exceptional circumstances.
