CO-ED Ages 8-13

Not your traditional house league experience. Expanding on fundamentals of the game, we challenge players by teaching them new skills to reach their goals. We introduce basketball knowledge that the players can use in a team setting.

TIME: Saturday, 3PM – 4:30PM

FUNDAMENTALS

We will start with the basics of the game and build up. Areas of focus include defense, passing, shooting, foot work, and dribbling.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

We will introduce basketball knowledge that the athlete can use on a team setting.

GAMES

Fun games and drills will be incorporated throughout the program to keep the athletes engaged.
